It was quite busy but that's expected when it's right in the middle of bourbon, we were sat with the best seat in the house right in front of bourbon street. Our server was nice but the response time was lacking, but nonetheless we still enjoyed the visit. The chargrilled oysters were buttery but also a little gritty. The seafood boil is really good too and you get a good amount however they did have the little parasitic shells on them which just means they weren't cleaned properly before being cooked, however the flavor was still awesome and the drinks were also tasty and able to take to go which is another plus.

Service was amazing. Derricka was so kind, and had the best recommendations. Everything she suggested was amazing. She explained everything in great detail. Mr Greg, came out to the table to talk about the oysters and say hi! The food was top tier, cocktails were wonderful and services was spectacular. We will be back.

The food was absolutely amazing, the server, I think her name is Bree, was excellent, and the ambiance was warm and cozy. My favorite was the desert in which I got for free by check in on Yelp and it was the most, melts in my mouth yummy goodness. It was the most absolutely perfect end to the meal.

Taste: 4 Creativity/Authenticity: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: 5 Bang for your buck: 4 After a long flight with delays, I was starving and with the dozens of famous places to choose from we decided to try this place just on a whim, placed looked busy. Started with a dozen oysters to and I got the fried seafood platter and my girl got the burger. First I found a pearl in my oyster! So that was kinda cool; odds of that happening is 1/10k! . Back to the food everything was great, the seafood was fried perfectly and very flavorful (side note: fry oil was clean). Oysters were fresh and delicious. My girl said this was the best burger she's had in a while?! Fries were good too. Overall we enjoyed our meal and service was beyond great, very attentive and fast. Thank you for the experience

Pier 424 is a nice restaurant to just walk into after walking around the French Quarters. There wasn't much customers inside when we walked in, so we just walked in and had seating of our choice. We chose to sit by the bar. And we were glad we did. The 2 gentlemen that were shucking oysters were super cool and nice. Definitely made the experience even better. Watching them shuck the oysters like nothing was entertainment on its own. They also provided extra information regarding New Orleans, which was much needed. We came here for a pre dinner snack so we didn't order much. We ordered a dozen raw oysters and fried frog legs. The oysters were super fresh and didn't have any remnants of shell in any of them. These 12 pieces were all for me and they lasted about 2 minutes before they were in my belly. The frog legs were also really good. They were thick and meaty (insert sexual innuendo here). The onion rings were a bust for me though. They were too greasy for me. Our drinks were pretty good also (I can't remember the name of mine though). I wish I had the chance to taste more of what they had to offer. Their whole menu looked really good. Maybe next time I come back to the NO.
